Bonita Wellington

Bonita Wellington has extensive experience in Human Resources management. Bonita served as Director, HR for Armor Express, where they designed HR processes for two plants that manufacture body armor and implemented a Pay for Skills system. Bonita was the HR Manager for Engineered Controls, an HR and Business Startup Consulting Specialist for William Carol Consulting Group, and the Human Resources Manager II for Cooper Standard. Bonita was also the Manager of Human Resources for Honda Aircraft where they established the HR function for a new corporate office and plant start-up, leading talent acquisition and development for the organization.

Bonita Wellington attended Clemson University and obtained an ABT degree, but the start and end years of their attendance are unknown. Afterwards, they attended Furman University where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree, but again, the start and end years are unknown. Additionally, Bonita has obtained several certifications, including being a Certified Assessor of DDI Assessment Centers, a Certified ISO Auditor, a DDI Trainer, and certifications in DISC and MBTI. The institutions and years in which they obtained these certifications are unknown.
