Jeff Hazel

Jeff Hazel has over 12 years of experience in project management and IT service management. In 2008, they began their career as an IT Service Management Coordinator with Inland Computer Services, Inc. where they led mission-critical ITIL/ITSM operations and performed a wide range of IT department leadership functions. Jeff then progressed to Technical Project Coordinator & Service Desk Lead, providing strategic project management and end-to-end technical support. In 2013, they joined the Arizona Department of Transportation as an Infrastructure Project Manager, overseeing the planning and delivery of complex IT projects. In 2016, they moved to Trapp Technology as Director, Project Management Office and Senior Project Manager. Finally, in 2018, they were appointed Director, Project Management Office at ArmorPoint.

Jeff Hazel's education history includes a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix, obtained between 2005 and 2007, and an Associate of Science in Computer Science from the College of DuPage, obtained in 2004. Jeff also holds several certifications, including COBIT 5 Foundation from APMG International (2018), Project Management Professional (PMP) from The Project Management Institute (PMI) (2015), Associate in Service Management (ASM(R)) from priSM (2012), ITIL v3 Service Operation from ITIL/EXIN (2011), and ITIL v3 Foundation from ITIL/EXIN (2011).
