Karen Satzman

Karen Satzman currently serves as Vice President of Programs at the Armory Center for the Arts, a position held since January 2022. Prior to this role, Satzman spent over 25 years at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art, where duties included Director of Youth & Family Programs and Senior Education Coordinator. Before joining the museum, Satzman worked as Coordinator in the Grants and Youth Arts & Education Departments at the Department of Cultural Affairs from September 1995 to July 1996. Satzman holds a Bachelor's degree in Art History from the University of California, Santa Cruz and studied at Universidad Complutense de Madrid between 1987 and 1988.
