Heather Russell

Heather Russell has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles in the field of Human Resources. Heather began their career at Atlantic Wholesalers Ltd. as a Benefits Coordinator, where they managed benefit and pension inquiries and administered disability claims. From there, they moved on to Dalhousie University as a Pension Administrator, responsible for handling inquiries about the Pension Plan and managing retirements and enrollment. Following that, they joined Loblaw Companies Limited as an HR Manager, where they supported store management teams across multiple locations and acted as a business partner to the District Manager of Operations. Heather'srole involved various HR functions such as colleague engagement, talent management, staffing, and labor relations. Currently, Heather works at Armour Transportation Systems as the Human Resources Director. Overall, they have accumulated extensive experience and expertise in various areas of HR and has held progressively senior roles throughout their career.

Heather Russell obtained a B.Sc. in general science from the University of Guelph between 1990 and 1994. In 2006 and 2007, they pursued a Professional Development Certificate in Human Resource Management from the University of New Brunswick - Colleague of Extended Learning.
