Lauren Russell

Lauren Russell is currently the Chief Marketing Officer at Armstrong Transport Group. Lauren has been in this position since July of 2012. Prior to that, they were the Human Resources Recruiting Director at American Transport Group from March of 2003 to July of 2012. In this role, they were responsible for recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of all potential employees, as well as administering the corporate benefits program. Lauren also coordinated marketing campaigns for recruiting, tested and selected a new applicant tracking system, and was a key decision maker on all human resources related policies and procedures. Before their time at American Transport Group, Lauren held various positions at different companies.

Lauren Russell has a Bachelor of Science in Advertising from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Lauren also studied Art Lauren'story, Criticism and Conservation at the University of Nottingham as part of a study abroad program. Additionally, Lauren has completed the Kellogg Accelerated Marketing Leadership Program at Kellogg Executive Education and has a certification from SHRM in PHR.
