Carrie Kirchner, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in human resources, having held various roles at Armstrong World Industries since April 2008, including Human Resources Manager, Talent Acquisition Manager, HR Project Manager, Benefits Analyst, and Human Resources Generalist. Prior to this, from July 2004 to January 2008, Carrie served as an Employment Practices Analyst and Compensation and Benefits Analyst at the same company. Carrie earned a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management from Messiah University between 1997 and 2001 and obtained a diploma from Lampeter Strasburg High School from 1993 to 1997.
