Joyce Wilson

Joyce Wilson has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in the military and civilian sectors. Currently, Joyce serves as a Volunteer-Member with the Army Aviation Association of America since 2006 and has participated in multiple Mission Solutions Summits. Joyce held the position of Management Analyst at the Defense Logistics Agency from 2016 until retirement in 2023 and previously worked as a Family Readiness Assistant with the 244th Aviation Brigade. Additional roles include serving as a Volunteer with USO Orlando, Aviation Operations Sergeant Major for the 11th Aviation Command, and various positions with the US Army from 1989 to 2013, focusing on aviation operations and administrative support. Joyce has pursued higher education with a Master's degree at Rutgers University and a Project Management Certificate from Villanova University, alongside completing the U.S. Sergeants Major Academy program.
