Andrey Tarabarov

Andrey Tarabarov has extensive work experience in the field of healthcare and clinical research. Andrey currently serves as the Head of the Medical Department at ARNA Genomics US Inc. since 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Bayer HealthCare as a Manager of Monitors (Line Manager) from February 2014 to March 2018. In this role, they managed a team of 10 specialists and was responsible for their recruitment, training, and development. Andrey also served as the Country Lead Monitor at Bayer HealthCare from November 2009 to January 2014. Before joining Bayer HealthCare, Andrey worked as a Senior Clinical Research Associate at KCR from November 2008 to August 2010 and as a Senior CRA at Premier Research Group from October 2008 to November 2009. Andrey started their career as a CRA at ICON Holdings (Russian Representative office) from January 2003 to October 2006. Andrey holds a medical degree and worked as an MD at the Cardiology Research Center from 1999 to 2001.

Andrey Tarabarov attended the Moscow Institute of Medical and Social Rehabilitation (MIMSR) from 1993 to 1999, where they earned their MD degree in Cardiology. Additionally, in June 2015, they obtained certifications from the Bayer Academy in the courses "Learn to Lead I" and "Learn to Lead II".
