Robye Margolius

Robye Margolius has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Robye began their career at OLSHAN GRUNDMAN FROME & ROSENZWEIG LLP as a Corporate Associate in 1996. Robye then moved on to Piper Marbury Rudnick & Wolfe LLP, where they held the positions of Associate and Co-Director of Professional Development from 1997 to 2002. In 2011, Robye joined Jewish Heritage Programs as the Director of Alumni & Mentor Programs. Following this, they worked at Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University as a Career Counselor and later as an Associate Director of Career Counseling from 2013 to 2019. Currently, Robye is employed at Arnold & Porter, where they first served as the Manager of Career Development & Advancement and later as the Senior Manager of the same department. Presently, they hold the position of Director of Well-Being and is also the co-chair of the firm's Well-Being Committee.

Robye Margolius has a Juris Doctor degree from Fordham University School of Law. They also hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy and Law and Society from Binghamton University. In addition, they have obtained certifications as a Wellbeing Champion from Unmind and in Mental Health First Aid from the National Council for Mental Wellbeing.
