Sarah Poole

Sarah Poole serves as the Managing Director, Lawyer, and Registered Trade Marks Attorney at Marquette IP since February 2015, specializing in trade marks and brand protection for the creative sector. In addition to this role, Sarah is a Public Information Committee Member for the International Trademark Association (INTA) and has been a lecturer at RMIT University and General Assembly since 2016, focusing on intellectual property topics relevant to the fashion industry and brand strategy for start-ups. Prior experience includes working as a lawyer at Marks & Clerk Australia, where Sarah managed a variety of trade mark issues for local and international clients. Academic credentials include a Master of International Business from RMIT University and a Master of Laws in Intellectual Property Law from the University of Melbourne.
