Kelli Rhee has a varied and extensive work experience. Kelli currently serves as the President and CEO of Arnold Ventures since January 2019. Previously, they held the position of President and CEO at the Laura and John Arnold Foundation from October 2017 to December 2018. Kelli also served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer at the same foundation from November 2016 to September 2017.
Before that, Kelli Rhee worked at Baylor College of Medicine as the Executive Director from July 2010 to June 2013. Prior to that, they were the Vice President at Sandbox Industries from June 2007 to June 2010.
Earlier in their career, they held the role of Director of Finance & Operations at Tea Collection in 2006. Kelli also worked as a Summer Associate at The Chicago Public Education Fund in 2005.
Additionally, Kelli Rhee gained experience at The Bridgespan Group as a Senior Associate Consultant from 2002 to 2003. Kelli also worked as a Senior Associate Consultant at Bain & Company from 2000 to 2003.
Kelli Rhee completed their undergraduate education at Northwestern University from 1996 to 2000, earning a Bachelor's degree in Economics. Kelli then pursued further education at Stanford University, attending from 2004 to 2006. During this time, they earned a Master's degree in Education from Stanford University and also obtained an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
