Alejandra Gutierrez

Newport Property Construction Controller Alejandra Gutierrez leads the company’s business services department and oversees its control systems, financial forecasting, and cash and risk management. She also oversees Newport’s human resources and business operations functions. Alejandra joined Newport in 2004. She earned a B.A and M.B.A. from Florida International University.
