Chris MacIntyre has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. From 2013 to 2013, they worked as a Lab Technician at Forerunner Research Inc. In 2015, they served as a Field Geomatics Engineer and Drone Pilot at Resson Aerospace, where they established field operations protocols, operated drone platforms, and processed image data. From 2010 to 2016, Chris worked as a Research Technician at St. Francis Xavier University, specializing in field campaign logistics, data analysis, and the maintenance of research equipment. At the University of New Brunswick, they held the position of Senior Aquatic Technician from 2017 to 2020, managing multiple graduate projects focused on Atlantic salmon population and supplementation monitoring techniques. Currently, since 2022, Chris works as an Emissions Analyst at Arolytics. Prior to that, from 2020 to 2022, they worked as a Research Analyst at the Maritime Provinces Higher Education Commission. Overall, Chris has gained expertise in research, field operations, data analysis, equipment maintenance, and project management throughout their professional journey.
Chris MacIntyre received their Bachelor's Degree with First Class Honours in Environmental Science from St. Francis Xavier University, which they pursued from 2009 to 2013. Afterward, they went on to pursue a Master's Degree in Earth Sciences from the same university, completed between 2013 and 2016.
