We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing professional to join our growing team. You will work closely with the CMO of the retail department to drive our digital marketing initiatives forward.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies by channel.

  • Design, test, and improve the advertising ecosystem, including creative, landing pages, and ads.

  • Collaborate with the retail team to align digital efforts with overall business goals.

  • Run queries and create reports for the retail team.

  • Analyze digital marketing metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Troubleshoot, create, manage, and optimize Facebook and Google Ads campaigns.

  • Develop, manage, and implement YouTube, display, and social media campaigns.

  • Build and monitor new paid search and paid social campaigns.

  • Identify opportunities to improve campaign ROI.

  • Monitor results and strategies across several paid media accounts.

  • Perform other duties as directed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of digital marketing experience.
  • Proficient in setting up and managing SEM campaigns across Google, Bing, and Facebook to maximize ROI.
  • High level of proficiency with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and their editor interfaces.
  • Extensive experience with Facebook Business Manager for paid social campaigns.
  • Google Ads Certified (Search and Video).
  • Google Analytics Certification is a plus.
  • Experience in the retail sector is an advantage.
  • Be well versed in conversion rates, cost per click, percentage and mark ups

  • Excellent organizational, planning, judgment, and time management skills.
  • Adaptable to changes and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proactive, with a strong sense of initiative and ownership for assigned tasks.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $60k-$75K based on experience
