Owen Luddy has worked in the talent acquisition field since 2013. Owen began their career as a Lead Recruiter and Account Manager at Infotech Solutions. In 2016, they moved to Kinetix Trading Solutions as a Talent Acquisition Manager - Global. In 2021, they joined SIMON Markets LLC as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. Currently, they are a Director of Talent Acquisition at Arootah and an Assistant Vice President at iCapital.

Owen Luddy attended Montclair State University from 2008 to 2012, where they received a Bachelor of Arts in Public/Applied History.
