Jennifer Axelson

Jennifer Axelson, LCSW, CCM, CLCP, CMCPS, CDP, CADDCT is an experienced Senior Director of Client Services at Arosa, where Jennifer also serves as a Life Care Planner and Expert Lifecare Manager. Jennifer previously worked at Lifecare Innovations, Inc. as a Life Care Planner and Expert Lifecare Manager and as a Clinical Supervisor for care management and guardianship programs. Jennifer holds a Master of Social Work from Aurora University, a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from Illinois State University, and a Secondary Education Certification in Special Education and Teaching from Northern Illinois University.
