Marcus Nothhelfer

Marcus Nothhelfer is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in intellectual property and commercial law. As a Partner at ARQIS Rechtsanwälte since January 2015, Marcus specializes in IP/commercial matters. Previously, Marcus held partner positions at Watson, Farley & Williams in Munich and Bangkok, focusing on corporate and commercial law as well as overseeing the German Desk in South East Asia. Additionally, Marcus served as Counsel and Head of the IP/Commercial department at Ashurst LLP in Germany from March 2002 to December 2012, with expertise in general commercial law, industrial property law, and copyrights. Marcus began a legal career as Inhouse Counsel at KirchGroup, providing legal advice on international licensing and media production. Marcus is a graduate of Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, where a law degree was obtained.
