Alec Lowe

Alec Lowe has over 20 years of professional experience in the media and satellite industry. Alec most recently held the position of Head of Service Operations - Media at Arqiva, where they oversaw the strategic element of service operations and ensured the achievement of business and customer outcomes. Previously, Alec served as the Head of Service Operations and Head of Operations - Satellite & Media at Arqiva, where they defined functional strategy, resource requirements, and policies within service management. Alec also held the roles of Team Leader - Satellite Operations and Shift Leader - Satellite Networks, demonstrating their expertise in satellite operations. Prior to joining Arqiva, Alec worked as a Broadcast Engineer at Telenor Group.

Alec Lowe attended Solent University from 1996 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Media Technology. Alec also obtained additional certifications in Interconnecting Cisco Networking Devices 1 (ICND1) from Cisco in 2013, IOSH from THE INSTITUTION OF OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH in 2012, and ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) from ITIL Foundation Certification Training Level in 2012.
