Michael Phelan

Michael Phelan is an experienced Senior UC Project Manager at Arqiva since August 2021, overseeing the transition to MSTeams and managing the decommissioning of legacy PBX systems. As the Director of Apex Project & Process Services from January 2021, Michael brings over 15 years of project management expertise, certified in multiple methodologies including SAFe Agile and PRINCE2. Michael previously served as Program Manager at Omnio, where responsibilities included delivering key projects and establishing an Agile PMO. Prior roles include Senior Project Manager at Connect Managed Services, handling a global M&A project, and a progression of project management positions at BT and Commerzbank AG. Michael holds a Master's degree in Engineering (MEng) in Information Technology from The Open University and an HNC in Engineering from South London College.
