Huazhi Li

Huazhi Li is a principal scientist and foundry manager at Arradiance. Huazhi has over 15 years of experience in the field of materials science and engineering.

Li obtained their PhD from Harvard University in 2006, where they researched and developed novel Hf precursors using the amidinate platform. Huazhi then went on to work as a senior scientist at Rohm and Haas Electronic Materials for three years, before joining Dow Electronic Materials as an associate scientist in 2009.

At Dow, Li was responsible for developing oxygen-free CVD Ru precursor and process which was used as a strong adhesion layer for CVD Cu seedlayer, and subsequent electroplating on this multistack was successful. Huazhi left Dow in 2012 to join Arradiance, where they are now responsible for managing the company's foundry operations.

Huazhi Li earned their Ph.D in Chemistry from Brown University and their b.s in chemistry from Nanjing University.

Huazhi Li works with Stephen M. Butler - VP & General Manager, Chan Im - Production & Procurement Manager. Their manager is Michael D. Trotter, CEO.
