Steve Favaloro

Steve Favaloro is Chief Financial Officer of Arranta Bio. In this role, he oversees the company’s accounting, tax, treasury, financial planning, and IT functions.

He was formerly the Chief Financial Officer at Brammer Bio, with responsibility for overseeing the financial health and information systems during a period of rapid growth and the execution of a $200M capacity expansion program.

Prior to joining Brammer Bio, Mr. Favaloro held various FP&A roles at Bruker Corporation, including an assignment supporting multiple manufacturing operations in Germany and Switzerland. He began his career at Millipore Corporation, where he spent time in various accounting and FP&A roles before and after the acquisition of Millipore by Merck KGaA.

Mr. Favaloro holds a BA in Economics from Boston College, an MS, Finance, and an MBA from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College.
