Brent Wolfe

Brent Wolfe has extensive experience in the field of benefits and talent management. Brent is currently the Head of Talent Success at Array, where they started in 2023. Prior to that, Brent worked as a Consultant from 2022 to 2023. Brent has also held various leadership roles in companies such as Ericsson, Gallagher, Sabre Corporation, JCPenney, Southwest Airlines Co., Actuarial Consultants, and Hand & Associates. Brent's responsibilities in these roles involved designing and delivering health/welfare plans, managing benefits teams, ensuring FMLA compliance, and streamlining global benefits evaluations.

Brent Wolfe earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Applied Mathematical Sciences from Texas A&M University, where they attended from 1986 to 1990. In addition to their undergraduate education, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career. These certifications include: Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) from WorldatWork, which they obtained in September 2001; Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) from WorldatWork, obtained in August 2001; SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM, obtained in December 2000; Certified Pension Consultant (CPC) from the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries, obtained in October 1996; and Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA) from the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries, obtained in April 1995.
