Nicole Christian-Brathwaite

Nicole Christian-Brathwaite, MD is the Senior Vice President and Chief Medical Officer of Scheduled Care & AtHome at Array Behavioral Care. In this role, Nicole provides clinical and operational leadership for all aspects of Scheduled Care & AtHome.

Nicole has over 20 years of experience in psychiatry. Nicole began their career as a Nutrition Education Coordinator with the Urban Nutrition Initiative from 2003 to 2004. Nicole then went on to complete their medical training, including a Child Psychiatry Fellowship at Massachusetts General Hospital from 2008 to 2014. After their fellowship, Nicole held various academic positions, including Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at Brown University from 2014 to 2018. Nicole also served as the Medical Director at Riverside Community Care from 2015 to 2019 before joining Array Behavioral Care in 2018.

Nicole is a diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and is a member of the American Psychiatric Association.

Nicole Christian-Brathwaite attended Villanova University for their undergraduate degree, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Nutrition. Nicole then went on to the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine to earn their Doctor of Medicine degree. Nicole is certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in both Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Adult Psychiatry.
