Brian Tucker

Brian Tucker has over 25 years of experience in the benefits and financial services industry. Brian began their career in 1993 as a Unit Manager at Hewitt Associates. In 1999, they moved to BrassRing as a Senior Manager of Software Sales. In 2001, they were promoted to Vice President of Human Resources at Octane Communications. In 2012, they joined Voyage Financial Group as a Practice Leader of Financial Wellness & Voluntary Benefit Consulting. In 2017, they were appointed Director of Voluntary Benefits at Willis Towers Watson. In 2020, they moved to Lockton Companies as the Voluntary Benefits Director. Most recently, in 2021, they became an Employee Benefits Sales Consultant at Array.

Brian Tucker obtained their BA in Communications from Marquette University between 1989 and 1992. Brian then earned a Master's degree in Human Resources from Loyola University Chicago between 1994 and 1996. Prior to that, they attended St. Viator High School between 1984 and 1988. Brian also holds an Illinois Life, Health & LTC License from the State of Illinois.
