Chad DeFur has had a varied career in the IT industry. In 2020, they joined Array as a Customer Solutions Architect and Lead Client Success Manager, where they specialize in backend integrations and account setup. From 2017 to 2020, DeFur worked at Pentius as a QA and Test Automation Manager and Server Project Manager, where they created and managed Selenium-based website testing, maintained PCI compliance, and managed web application scanning. From 2016 to 2017, they were a Portrait Artist at MarchingclockStudio. From 2010 to 2016, DeFur worked at ARS Interactive as a Data Manager, Item Profiler Lead/Data Entry Lead, and Item Profiler/Data Entry Specialist. In these roles, they managed a team of data entry specialists, interpreted content and raw data from vendors, and profiled items for Walmart.com according to rigorous standards.
