Kevin (Kyung Yoon) Kim

Kevin (Kyung Yoon) Kim has worked in a variety of roles in the legal field. In 2012, they were the Founding Director of Shinil Academy. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as a Legal Assistant for Sacco & Fillas, LLP, and as a Summer Law Clerk for the NYC Department of Education. In 2017, they were a Law Clerk for Michael Gunzburg PC Attorneys At Law, and in 2018 they were a Law Clerk for Galaxy Digital and a Legal Intern for Refinitiv. In 2020, they became an Associate General Counsel for the Texas Bankers Association, and in 2021 they were appointed Compliance Counsel at Array.

Kevin (Kyung Yoon) Kim obtained their HS Diploma from Stuyvesant High School in 2007. Kevin (Kyung Yoon) then went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English Language and Literature/Letters from Binghamton University in 2011. In 2016, they completed their Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Cardozo School of Law. In 2020, they obtained The Certified Information Privacy Professional - United States (CIPP/US) certification from the IAPP - International Association of Privacy Professionals.
