Paola Leticia Orozco Manzo

Paola Leticia Orozco Manzo has a strong background in engineering and technical design. Paola Leticia currently holds the role of Engineering and Technical Design Manager at Array Marketing, starting from January 2023. Prior to this, they had a long tenure at Ford Motor Company, where they held various roles. Paola Leticia was a Seat Complete Engineer from November 2020 to January 2023, where they served as a technical program manager lead for seat complete systems and launch engineer for Bronco Sport 2021. Paola Leticia was also involved in cross-functional team integration and played a key role in developing and executing a strategic plan for a new vehicle model.

Before this, Paola worked as a Program Management Integration - Body Interior Engineer at Ford Motor Company from April 2015 to September 2017. In this role, they were responsible for coordinating and integrating cross-functional teams for engineering problem-solving and achieving development, testing, and launching milestones. Paola Leticia also served as a Functional Change Analyst from December 2012 to March 2015, where they led and drove global engineering change control and was dedicated to various Ford vehicle models.

Prior to their tenure at Ford, Paola worked at Televisa as an ERP Project Leader from June 2010 to February 2012. In this role, they managed main ERP IT projects and led the implementation of Project Manager Office and IFRS. Paola Leticia also worked at National Instruments as an Applications Engineer Intern from October 2009 to March 2010, where they managed the development of applications design and provided technical support to customers.

Paola Leticia Orozco Manzo has a diverse educational background. In 2001, they obtained a Technical Certificate in Computer Science from Fundación Azteca. From 2004 to 2008, Paola pursued a degree in Industrial Robotics Engineering from Instituto Politécnico Nacional. During this time, they also participated in an international student exchange program at INSA Lyon - Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Lyon, focusing on Electrical Engineering and Integrated Production Systems Engineering.

In 2017 and 2018, Paola attended Tecnológico de Monterrey and successfully completed a program in International Certified Project Manager Competency Based - Level C, which is equivalent to PMP certification. In 2019, they furthered their education at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, specializing in Architecture and Systems Engineering.

More recently, Paola pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Dirección de empresas from Universidad Anáhuac from 2023 to 2025. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained a certification in Leading Virtually from Skillsoft in March 2023.
