Mariana Aguirre has extensive experience in various roles, currently serving as the Propietario of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability since August 2020. In addition, Mariana has worked as an Asistente de Oficial de Cumplimiento at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous positions include Propietaria/Gerente at Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, Nutrióloga in a private consulting practice from February 2016 to 2019, and university instructor in applied mathematics to nutrition and food history at a labor training school from August 2016 to August 2017. Educational qualifications include a Diplomatura in Administration and Business Management from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020) and a Licenciatura in Food, Nutrition, and Well-being from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015).
