Ole Christian Rousing

Ole Christian Rousing has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies.

Ole Christian currently holds the position of Vice President Business Solutions Nordics (ERP, BI & Software Development) at Arribatec since January 2021. In this role, they are responsible for ERP, BI, and Software Development for the Nordics, serving customers with both standard software and proprietary applications.

Prior to this, Rousing worked at TietoEVRY, where they held various roles. From 2019 to 2021, they served as Vice President, Unit4 ERP, responsible for delivering projects and services for over 400 ERP-customers in Norway. Before that, from 2018 to 2018, they were Head of Business Development at EVRY Consulting, focusing on growth initiatives and business development.

From 2012 to 2018, Rousing held the position of Head of Operation and Business Development ERP at EVRY Consulting. In this role, they managed a team of 250 employees and played a key role in selecting growth initiatives and ensuring their successful implementation.

Prior to their time at TietoEVRY, Rousing worked as a Project Coordinator/Social Worker at School Support Project Laos from 2011 to 2012, where they established the local office, recruited local workers, and worked closely with local authorities, families, and students.

Before that, they worked at TietoEVRY as a LEAN Navigator from 2009 to 2011, leading the implementation of lean methods in various business units. Ole Christian also served as a Senior Consultant at TietoEVRY from 2006 to 2009.

Rounding out their work experience, Rousing worked as a Consultant at Serve ASA from 2004 to 2005.

Ole Christian Rousing attended the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) from 1996 to 2001, where they obtained a degree in Business Administration and Economics. In 2002, they briefly studied at Thammasat University, receiving a Thai Studies Certificate. During their time at Thammasat University, they focused on learning about Thai Language, Politics, Media, History, and Religion.
