Dale Douglas

Dale Douglas is the current Director of Technical Operations at Arrikto. Prior to this, they were an Engineering Manager, Technical Ops at Canonical Ltd from June 2018 to March 2022. From March 2016 to June 2018, Dale Douglas was the Support Manager, EMEA at Canonical Ltd. Before that, they were the Manager of the Technical Operation Centre at Cogeco Peer 1 from March 2013 to March 2016. Dale Douglas started their career as an Information Technology Manager at Interactive Transaction Solutions Ltd from September 2011 to March 2013.

Dale Douglas has a City and Guilds Electrical Installation certification from Southampton City College. Dale also has a certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in ITIL Intermediate certificate in IT Service Transition and a certification from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT in ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management.
