Alan Gibson

Alan Gibson has over two decades of experience in the transportation industry, with significant expertise in engineering management. Currently serving as an Engineering Manager at Arriva UK Bus since March 2019, Alan has also held the positions of Assistant Engineering Manager and Workshop Manager within the same company. Prior to this, Alan worked at FirstGroup plc from June 2006 to March 2019, where roles included Night Supervisor and Diagnostic Technician. Earlier experience includes working as an HGV Technician at IVECO from July 2002 to June 2006 and beginning a career as an Apprentice at Arriva UK Bus from June 1996 to July 2002.
