Minna Karasto

Minna Karasto is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in service management and IT consultancy. Currently serving as the Head of Service Management and IT Service Management Lead at Arriva Group since November 2017, Minna has previously held the position of Account Service Manager at DXC Technology from October 2015 to October 2017. Prior to that, a diverse career at HP spanned from June 2007 to September 2015, including roles such as Global Applications Service Management Lead and Service Level Manager & CSI Lead. Minna's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management Information Systems from Barry University and a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Florida International University.
