Anna Ivanova

Anna Ivanova has a wealth of experience in HR roles, ranging from recruitment to talent management. Anna currently holds the position of Head of Talent Experience at Arrival, where Anna oversees various HR functions in support of over 250 employees. Prior to this, Anna worked as a Senior HR Business Partner at Robofacturing and as a Senior recruitment and adaptation specialist at TRA Robotics. Anna also has experience working at Russian Post, Okko, Yota Lab, and Saint-Petersburg Pavlov State Medical University. Anna holds a Specialist degree in Clinical Psychology from Yaroslavl Demidov State University.
