Kirill Kuznetsov

IT Director, Central IT at Arrival

Kirill Kuznetsov has worked in various roles throughout their career. Kirill started at Kelly Services in 2005 as an intern and worked their way up to become a Staffing Consultant. From 2008 to 2011, they worked at Ernst & Young, where they served as an IT Risk and Assurance Staff, Advanced Staff, and Senior Consultant. During this time, they were involved in IT infrastructure analysis, audit planning, IT governance, and ERP-systems risks assessment.

In 2011, Kirill joined Ilim Group as a Corporate IT Auditor, where they worked until 2012. Kirill then moved on to YotaLab/Round/Bank Round, where they served as an Information Security Analyst. In this role, they focused on IT infrastructure transformation, vulnerability analysis, and secure card personalization offices specifications.

From 2014 to 2017, Kirill worked at Russian Post as the Head of IT and Information Security at the New Technologies Department. Here, they led the development and implementation of various IT products, such as web portals, mobile applications, and tracking services.

Currently, Kirill works at ARRIVAL as the IT Director. Since joining in 2017, they have been responsible for building and managing a 60-engineer IT team. Kirill'sareas of responsibility include IT support, IT infrastructure management and SRE (Site Reliability Engineering), and implementing automated processes for efficiency and effectiveness.

Kirill Kuznetsov attended Saint Petersburg State University of Aerospace and Instrumentation from 2002 to 2007, where they obtained a Specialist degree in Information Security. In addition to their formal education, they also achieved the ITIL v3 Foundation certification in December 2010 and the CISA certification from ISACA in June 2011.
