Jess Stroh has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Jess started their career at Apple as a Tech Expert and later became a Specialist, where they demonstrated and assisted with the implementation of Apple devices. Jess then worked at The Moret Group as a Help Desk Analyst, followed by a role at HomeAway.com as a Service Desk Analyst. Jess joined The Zebra in 2020 and held multiple roles, including Solutions Desk Analyst, Solutions Desk Manager, and Senior Support Engineer Lead. In their current position at Arrive Logistics, they serve as the Director of Service Delivery. Throughout their career, Jess has shown a passion for IT operations, project management, system administration, and cross-team collaboration. Jess has also taken on leadership roles, managing teams and employee resource groups focused on diversity and inclusion.

Jess Stroh (She/Her) has a Master of Science degree in Graphic Information Technology from Arizona State University, which they obtained in 2020. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Graphic Information Technology at Arizona State University from 2017 to 2019. Jess also has an Associate of Arts degree in Graphic Design from Bergen Community College, which they acquired from 2007 to 2009.
