Kari Heyens

Kari Heyens has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Kari began their professional career as an Associate Intern at ISNetworld in 2011. From there, they worked as a Pilates Instructor at 24 Hour Fitness and as an Instructor at barre3. In 2012, they joined Coyote Logistics as a CTM Operations Coordinator, where they focused on streamlining supply chains and reducing transportation costs. Kari then moved on to Arrive Logistics, starting as a Recruiting & Marketing Manager and later becoming the Director of Recruiting and Vice President of Talent Acquisition. Throughout their career, Kari has demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, operations coordination, and customer service.

Kari Heyens holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from The University of Texas at Austin, with a focus on Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management. Additionally, they obtained certification as a Predictive Index Analyst from R.H. Sweeney Associates in 2016.
