Elsy Leal

Elsy Leal has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Elsy began their career as a Marketing and Sales Coordinator at The Royal Resorts in 1986 and eventually became the Reservations Sales Manager for their Mexico and Caribbean Division. Elsy also worked as a Special Projects Manager at The Royal Resorts from 2001 to 2002. Additionally, Elsy Leal held the position of Director of Call Center at Cancun Tips from 2010 to 2011, where they focused on telemarketing sales and database management. Elsy then worked as an Independent Consultant at Experiencias Xcaret in 2011 and managed the Mexico Referral Program as a Manager at Sol Melia Vacation Club from 2011 to 2012. Since 2013, Elsy Leal has been serving as the Director of Key Accounts at arrivia.

Elsy Leal attended Perry School in Austin, Texas in 1984. Elsy then went on to earn a Bachelor of Tourism degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Centro de Bachillerato Tecnologico between 1981 and 1984.
