Ericka Goodrich has extensive work experience in the customer service industry. Ericka started their career at WMPH Vacations in 2004 as a Client Service Representative and worked their way up to become a Client Services Supervisor. Ericka then joined arrivia in 2019 as the Director of Back Office Admin- iCruise.com. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Customer Care at arrivia since January 2023.

Ericka Goodrich attended Maria Carrillo High School from 1996 to 2000. Ericka then pursued Cosmetology/Cosmetologist studies at Palm Beach State College from 2001 to 2002.
