Zack Harper

Zack Harper has a strong background in talent acquisition and recruiting. Zack is currently the Executive Director of Global Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding at arrivia since May 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Global Recruiting at arrivia from November 2018 to August 2023. Before joining arrivia, Zack was the Director of Talent Acquisition at Liveops, Inc. from June 2018 to November 2018. Zack also has extensive experience at DriveTime, where they held various positions including Director Of Recruiting, Assistant Director of Recruiting, Recruiting Manager, and Recruitment Supervisor. In their roles at DriveTime, Zack was responsible for developing and executing talent acquisition strategies, managing a team, improving hiring processes, and promoting team members within the organization. Zack also played a key role in improving company branding and onboarding practices.

Zack Harper has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration from Penn State University, completed in 2009. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Communication Arts and Sciences from the same university.
