Claudia Mak

Claudia Mak is an experienced design professional with a strong background in experience design and mentorship. Currently serving as Senior Experience Designer at Arro Labs since April 2024, Claudia has previously contributed as a Design Mentor at adplist.org and as an Experience Designer at Stellar Elements, where the focus was on client collaboration and the execution of high-fidelity deliverables. Claudia also has experience in facilitating design critiques as a Senior Group Critique Facilitator at Designlab, and has managed social media and photography for the BOKA Restaurant Group. Previous design roles include brand identity creation for major consumer packaged goods companies at Design B&B, layout design for food publications at John Brown Media Group, and editorial layout work at Boston Magazine. Claudia holds a Certificate in UX/UI Design from Designlab and a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from Emerson College.
