Cathy Young is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in community reinvestment and credit analysis. Currently serving as a Community Reinvestment Officer at Arrow Financial Corporation since January 2021, Cathy also holds a position as a Board Member at the Warren Washington Association for Mental Health since April 2022. Additionally, Cathy has worked as a Credit Specialist at Glens Falls National Bank and Trust Company since December 2018 and previously served as a Commercial Real Estate Specialist at Ballston Spa National Bank from April 1997 to November 2018.
