Branton Li

Branton Li, CFA, serves as Vice President at Arrow Global Group since September 2023, focusing on private credit opportunities in distressed and special situations across multiple European countries. Previously, Li held roles as Vice President and Associate in the UK Investment Banking and Corporate Broking team at Credit Suisse from January 2020 to August 2023, participating in significant transactions including the $4.1 billion acquisition of AA plc and the $8 billion De-SPAC of Cazoo. Prior experience includes serving as Associate in the Industrials M&A team at HSBC from 2015 to December 2019, where notable transactions included a $1.125 billion acquisition involving Indorama Ventures. Additional internships and analyst positions at leading financial institutions have contributed to a robust foundation in finance. Branton Li earned an MSc in Finance and Accounting from Imperial College London and a BSc in Economics from the London School of Economics.
