Milisa O'Reilly (Hand)

Milisa O'Reilly (Hand) has extensive experience in human resources, holding various leadership roles in several companies. Milisa has most recently served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Arrow International, Inc. since March 2023. Prior to this, from April 2017 to March 2023, they held the same role at Race Winning Brands. Before that, they worked as the Director of Human Resources at Alcoa from February 2015 to April 2017. Milisa also served as the Senior Human Resource Manager at The Lubrizol Corporation from November 2013 to February 2015. From November 2006 to November 2013, they worked as a Senior Leader of Human Resources at The Timken Company. Milisa also gained experience as an HR Generalist/Talent Manager at TriQuint Semiconductor from July 2003 to November 2006, and as an HR Generalist at HTE, INC from March 1999 to July 2003.

Milisa O'Reilly (Hand) completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology & Communications from Western Michigan University from 1994 to 1997. Milisa then pursued further education at Webster University and obtained their MBA/MA in Human Resource Development from 2000 to 2003. In 2016, Milisa attended Cornell University where they pursued Executive Education in HR Strategy, specifically focusing on Creating Competitive Advantage Through People.
