Emily Bennett

Emily Bennett is the Regional Director of Operations at Arrow Senior Living Management. Emily has been in this role since May 2021. Prior to that, they were the Executive Director at Vitalia Westlake from December 2017 to May 2021. Emily has also worked as the Clare Bridge Director at Brookdale from March 2012 to August 2012. Her previous experience also includes working as the Memory Care Director at Life Care Centers of America from June 2008 to December 2017.

After graduating from Beaver Local High School, Emily Bennett pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Bowling Green State University. Emily then went on to get certified as an instructor of Dementia Capable Care from the Crisis Prevention Institute and as an executive for Assisted Living from the Ohio Health Care Association.

Emily Bennett reports to Justin Ladd, VP of Operations. They work with Tracy Cecil - Regional Director of Operations, Tim Moore - Regional Director of Operations, and Bill Weismiller - Regional Director of Operations.
