Gina has over fifteen years of experience in Human Resources, including roles as Human Resource Manager, Sr. Human Resource Manager, and Regional Human Resource Manager. Gina has a proven track record in talent management, labor relations, benefits, employee relations, and conflict resolution. Gina has led successful upgrades on Kronos and Ultipro HRIS systems and is a Subject Matter Expert for training and implementation of process systems.
