Jocelyn Dunn - PHRca, CPTM is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as the VP of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition at Arrowhead Credit Union since January 2001. Jocelyn has held various roles at Arrowhead, including AVP of Talent, Talent Manager, Learning and Development Manager, Call Center Manager, Call Center Supervisor, and Credit Union Service Representative. Prior to this, Jocelyn worked as a Records Specialist at Loma Linda University Medical Center from April 1998 to November 2000, bringing a comprehensive background in operational and talent management to the field.
