Jill Burmania

Jill Burmania has extensive experience in supply chain management, with roles at Regal Rexnord Automation Solutions, Harley-Davidson Motor Company, Demco, Inc., Kolpin Outdoors, Inc., and Enerpac. Jill served as a Supply Chain Director at Regal Rexnord Automation Solutions, Supply Management Manager at Harley-Davidson Motor Company, and Inventory and Demand Planning Manager at Demco, Inc. At Kolpin Outdoors, Inc., they held a purchasing and inventory management role. Jill began their career at Enerpac as a Materials Leader, where they managed planning, inventory, purchasing, and production planning for over 15 years.

Jill Burmania attended Cardinal Stritch University from 2012 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. Prior to that, they attended the University of Phoenix from 2010 to 2012 and earned an Associate of Arts degree in Business Management. In addition to their academic achievements, Jill Burmania also holds a Six Sigma Green Belt certification, which they obtained from the Actuant Corporation in April 2004.
