Lynda Harris has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources. Lynda began their career in 2006 as a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant at Motorola, where they were responsible for driving high volume, full life-cycle recruitment for the company's major engineering global business groups. In 2009, they joined Tandem Diabetes Care as a Senior Manager of Human Resources, providing comprehensive leadership in the areas of organizational effectiveness, talent management, employee relations, staffing, compensation, and benefits. In 2015, they became a Global Human Resources Business Partner at Alphatec Spine, collaborating with the SVP of Global HR and HR Centers of Excellence (COE) teams to implement HR-related solutions, processes, tools, and training. In 2016, they began working as a Senior Human Resources Consultant at Williams & Sewell HR Consulting, providing HR Consulting expertise for a privately held company. Later that same year, they assumed the role of Senior Director of Human Resources at Heron Therapeutics, Inc., where they were responsible for providing strategic leadership in executing human resources and talent strategy to support the overall business strategy of a high volume, fast-paced pharmaceutical company. In 2022, Lynda Harris became the Executive Director/Head of Human Resources at ARS Pharmaceuticals, Inc.
Lynda Harris obtained an Associates in Business Administration and Management from Dallas College. Lynda also holds three certifications from UC San Diego Extension: Certificate in Human Resources, Professional HR Leadership Certificate, and Program Management Certification.
