Glodi Nakanda

Glodi Nakanda is an experienced football professional currently serving as the Finchley Regional Director at Pro Elite Football Academy since April 2024 and as a Pre-Academy Coach for the U8 team at Arsenal F.C. since August 2023. Previously, Glodi held various roles at Aston Carter, including Lead Recruiter and Senior Recruiter, delivering talent and staffing services. Experience in football coaching includes positions at Chelsea Football Club and Liverpool FC International Academy Michigan, where Glodi served as a Pre-Academy Coach and Boys & Girls FND Phase Technical Director, respectively. Earlier career highlights include coaching roles at Frontline Football, AFC Bournemouth, and Norwich City Football Club, as well as a Sports Coach position at Southampton Solent University. Glodi earned a BA (Hons) in Football Studies from Solent University, which was completed in 2016.
