James Lee

James Lee is an accomplished sports performance professional currently serving as the Academy Head of Performance at Arsenal F.C. since September 2022. Previously, James held roles as the Lead Academy Strength and Conditioning Coach at Burnley Football Club and the Lead Academy Sports Scientist at Colchester United Football Club, where responsibilities included leading athletic development sessions and strength training programs for youth squads. James also gained experience as a Lead Strength and Conditioning Coach for Ipswich Town FC's Women's Under 21s and has contributed to various sports science roles across multiple organizations, including assisting with fitness testing and rehabilitation. Academically, James holds a Master's degree in Strength and Conditioning from St Mary’s University, Twickenham, and a degree in Sport and Exercise Performance from the University of Essex.
